As youngsters, we all started with the tools of the trade in our hands. Our family has been in the construction Industry for over 30 years. Our highly skilled team of estimators and project managers have no less than twenty-four years in their respective field(s) of expertise and our job foreman are all beyond their apprentice training of five years.

Originally founded as FLOORWORKS in 1995, we renamed our company to Facility Restoration Services in 1999 primarily because of growing requests by clients to assist them in various projects that required a variety of trades. As we expanded to additional operations, we were able to increase margins by maintaining tight controls over current projects, and completing more projects on a timely basis. All projects were completed at a lower cost. It was apparent that offering a diversified list of services and at a lower cost created opportunities to expand our market penetration by developing new and valuable business relationships with those companies whom had not yet contracted with us.

We associate our motto “Restoring the future” with delivering “piece of mind” restoring or building additions to your property quickly and efficiently suiting your desired needs for the use of your property in the future. We eliminate any concerns you may have by "getting it right" the first time leaving no issue unresolved. This philosophy insures our long-term success and growth through from positive feedback regarding our company within the community.

We offer free consultation and "honesty" first when discussing your project needs. You receive a professional type written proposal, full set of professional drawing, when applicable, submitted to the appropriate City or Town for approval of building permits. In addition, your proposal will include time lines to completion, a competitive price, general liability insurance and either a foreman or a project manager present on each project to assure you that we have your interests in mind. In addition, we have a very recognizable client list for you to call if references are required.
