Goodyear Tire Store and Service Station located at Shoreview Rd. Dallas, Texas 75238

This service station has a 35 year history - One owner with an excellent reputation in the community decided to restore the parking lot and enhance the appearance of the facility.

We spread 3" of Portland cement on top of the old asphalt then we ground it all up 10" D to modify the subgrade.

We added water to the mix then graded and compacted the new materials until the new area was compacted. Now we spread and compacted 2" of new hot asphalt to waterproof the new subgrade creating the final product.

Once striped, the project was totally finished in 2 days. The customer never closed the business or turned customers away.
