Recycled Asphalt Paving:
Milling Process – One side at time was processed then new asphalt applied.
Approximately 53,000 sf with a 10 - 15 year solution.

Barricade area.

Recycle (pulverize-GRIND ALL ASPHALT) existing failed asphalt to a depth of 10", adding Portland cement at a rate of 45 lbs. per square yard, haul excess materials to approved dump site.

Water, finish to grade 2" below existing concrete surfaces.

Roll & Compact to 95% density.

Apply a tack coat of SS-1 to pavement surface for adhesion purposes.

Apply area with 2" of Texas Highway Department approved Type "D" asphalt and graded to match existing asphalt and concrete surfaces.

Compact with a dual drum steel wheel vibratory roller. Compact a second time for a nice tight finish.

Restripe as per customer new layout to include Stall Lines + Curbing, Stencils and WHEEL STOPS PAINTED & REPINNED.
