Project: Parking lots, Asphalt, Seal-coating, Striping, and Concrete

4-Powerwash and restripe all areas

Procedure:
 Construct new concrete parking area
 Clean approx 958 sf of asphalt driveway
 Tack coat with asphalt bonding agent
 Install 1- 2 & 1/2" of Type D asphalt (Austin Asphalt Products) One full truck load
 Powerwash all paint markings on concrete
 Clean entire rear asphalt parking lot –blow out cracks
 Crack fill with rubberized asphalt crack filler (1/4" size or greater)
 Squeegee Seal Coat first coat with Coal Tar sealer adding 1-2 lbs of sand
    per gallon plus 2% Laytex additive to fill cracks and provide a thorough first
    bond coat.
 Spay second coat
 Repaint all paint lines and markings; line, fire lanes, curbing, H/C logos
    with Standard Paint Company’s 100% Premium Acrylic Zone Marking Paint for
    New Sealer ( This paint meets or exceeds performance requirements set forth
    by Texas D.O.T. as well as Federal D.O.T. exceeding the life/wear of traditional
    Alkyd and/or Rubber Based Paints )
