Contracted by Tramell Crow in 1999, the Bank of America ATM walkway area project. Located at the intersection of Walnut Hill Lane and Greenville Avenue, was a real challenge for any specialty contractor to complete correctly the first time. We were instructed not to "disturb" the normal and "full access" to the 24-hour bank service terminal.

Our Final Fixx "two-hour" full cure resin for concrete repair was selected to meet the requirements of the client.

First, our product had to restore the fractured and cracked handicap walkway, restore failed expansion joints, cure quickly and have a non-slip finish that matched the surrounding enviorment, and be installed early Sunday morning completely finished prior to 12:00 noon.

Our specialty products bond to "Concrete & Steel." The entire area was prepared with a diamond grinder, and then one-half of the ATM area was closed to foot traffic. Assistance was easily provided, through a caution area, to each patron as they used the bank ATM machines. Both sides of the project were primed and each had a topcoat applied and fully cured prior to noon.
