PROJECT:CONCRETE RESTORATION - APPROXIMATELY 760 S.F. of Warehouse floor.

This floor was deteriorating and causing production problems at this printing company so they shut down operations so we could install a new concrete floor.

Procedure:
  Saw cut, excavate and remove all debris from job site to approved recycle plant.

  Rebuild base and compact as necessary.

  Drill into surrounding concrete and install #3 rebar on 12" centers - both ways.

  Fill low areas with crushed concrete.

  Pour 6" of 6,000 PSI concrete to SET-UP in 24 hours.

  Smooth Finish.
