Project: Design and Construct New Concrete Handicap Ramp Access and Four (4) Handicap Parking Areas

 Cut and remove non-compliant H/C ramp to the right of parking
    area –Fill with asphalt during that parking lot renovation process
 Cut existing H/C sign post off below grass
 Two sidewalk areas to be cut and replaced, 8x7 + 12x11
 One inverted Handicap Ramp installed (stained when parking lot
    is sealed –cure time needed) Sidewalk and curb cut for ramp
    for two vehicles, the other two will be across the drive lane in the
    parking lot and a cross hatch will be painted after the parking
    lot is seal-coated
 Install two posts /signs in grass set in concrete One H/C One
    Van Accessible
 Install two posts /signs in asphalt set in concrete -One H/C One
    Van Accessible
 Install four (4) wheel stops in parking lot in H/C parking and
    across in the next row across from H/C parking
 Stripe to include four (4) H/C logos and cross hatch(s), new layout
    for parking stalls against sidewalk only to be six (6) parking
    stall on each side of the two (2) new Handicap spaces
