  Waterproofing: The steel plate (lentil) that separates the brick between floors 1 and 3 was rusting and separating the brick and mortar on the South and North sides of the facility.
  Cut out mortar joint below 2nd story window.
  Clean and caulk joint using tan urethane caulking.
  220 foot long Misc pointing, holes and missing brink header joints.
  Area misc pointing in general below 3rd story window and above the 2nd story window.
