RSR GROUP - 1010 Ave J, Grand Prairie Texas

This patio is 180 feet long. The beam had sunk over the years fracturing the concrete walkway that rests on top of the landing and crushed the roof drains behind the shrubs.

Projects include:

 Jack hammer 5,000 square feet of 2" old epoxy gravel coating from stairways and walkways. This old epoxy was falling off of the stairways.

 Scarify and diamond grind all areas to remove embedded epoxy to prepare concrete for new concrete coating.

 Jack hammer and replace 200 feet of fractured concrete steps and failed sidewalks.

 Construct new steps, sidewalks and stairway to break area and shipping area.

 Mudjack, fill voids and stabilize all sidewalks and stairways – (approx 8,000 sf)

 Remove and replace rusted railings (weld extensions then core drill and reinstall) + Fabricate and install new rail for stairway to shipping.

 Waterproofing – Re-glaze all front windows and re-caulk all tilt wall joints.

 Powerwash entire building from roof to ground.

 Paint all railings and shipping doors.

 Backfill and install 21 truck loads of fill dirt and topsoil – then seed.

 Install 6,000 square feet of decorative concrete coatings to all stairways and sidewalks.
