Indian Creek HOA Carrollton - Estates at Indian Point - Screen wall collapsed due to improper water drainage from the property. Water washed away the sub-grade so the footing failed then the wall fell. We reconstructed the wall by raising the footing and installing concrete block and mortar then re-installed and secured the angle iron and new brick to the adjacent columns.
