Car Spa (Beltline & Marsh)

The concrete driveway dropped 2-3 inches at the entrance doorway to the service bays. In addition, there were 3-4" of voids underneath the concrete. The client decided to use our mudjacking service so they would save a few thousand dollars and not have to invest in new concrete and shut down the service department.

PROCESS:

 1. Drill 2 ½ inch diameter holes into concrete.

 2. High-Content Cement based mixture will be pressure pumped into slab to slowly fill voids raising the concrete to near its' original position.

 3. Cosmetic patching with cement and aggregate will be used to finish holes upon completion.

 4. Waterproof - Caulk building foundation joint.
