Project– Carpentry - Exterior paint – Stucco

This proposal has been prepared to include the below listed items and the colors are as follows

Paint Colors:
 Sherwin Williams 2067 Maison Blanche
 Sherwin Williams 2803 Rockwood Terra Cotta
 Benjamin Moore #2165-30 Golden Retriever

Scope of work:
 Columns –Sixty two (62) Sandblast –Hand grind to remove and install new
    stucco and paint
 Staircases and handrails –Price includes rust removal, sand blasting under
    concrete pan, crack fill concrete and paint under pan
 Front and sides of building – Includes minor carpentry repairs – plus all
    1/6’s and 1x12’s
 Walkway ceilings
 Entire Back of Building and Doors
 Pylon Sign off Hwy. 121

Procedure:
 Lift trucks and set scaffold - protection as necessary
 Repair misc rotten wood areas and prime – replace rotten wood at T’s Bar
 Stucco prep and apply new
 Powerwash, caulk and paint areas as per above
