Prescott Realty Group – This project was completed in 1998. The office tower front entrance was located at 1300 W. Mockingbird Lane. This project included is 1,850 S.F. of decorative and fully restored concrete walkways designed to match the exterior face of the building. Originally the areas consisted of faded, cracked, and uneven sections of concrete walkways that held water from the irrigation system (causing slip and fall hazards).
