This project was completed in 1998-1999. The office tower entrance was located at the south side of 6060 N. Central Expressway. This project included 3,000 S.F of decorative and fully restored concrete walkways. Originally the areas consisted of uneven sections of large stone aggregate type concrete walkways that were severely deteriorated chipped. All of the wooden expansion joints contained dry rot.
