Car Spa (Conoco) located at the intersection of Coit Rd and Frankford had faded and pealing paint all over the concrete parking lot and wash bay areas. We power-washed with 3,500 psi water pressure then let the area dry overnight. We painted all areas with a 100% Premium Acrylic Zone Marking Paint that meets or exceeds performance requirements set forth by Texas D.O.T. as well as Federal D.O.T. exceeding the life/wear of traditional Alkyd and/or Rubber.
