Concrete Repairs-Two-Hour, with our Quick Cure Polymer - Car Spa
Car Spa (Conoco) located at Marsh Lane and Belt Line Road in Farmers Branch had deteriorated concrete drive lanes in the wash bay.

The concrete was deteriorated from the soaps and cleaning chemicals all the way down to expose the rebar. The vehicles were slipping off of the tracks as then went through the wash cycle.

At 7:00PM we proceeded as follows:
1. Wash and neutralize concrete
2. Jack hammer , grind and saw cut V edge at both sides of concrete area to be restored to prepare for primer bond coat
3. Remove materials to approved waste site
4. Clean and dry area
5. Prime then apply polymer concrete primer
6. Allow 1 (one) hour until tacky
7. Mix polymer with # 2 sand at a 4:1 ratio.
8. Tape areas to be restored, then hand trowel polymer to "feather edge" at up to 2 (two) inches as necessary

The polymer bonds and fully cures to 7,000 P.S.I. in less than two hours and does not peal, chip, or lift off concrete surfaces. At 7 AM the wash bay was in "full" service
