Car Wash - 3 month initial phase

Customer has reported a decrease in cost per car from .65 cents per car to roughly .42 center per car.

They are used to getting at least 5 power outages a month at the location. After nearly 3 months they haven't had a single outage.

This car wash runs approximately 20,000 cars a month th an electric bill that runs between $8,000 to $9,000 per month.

The car wash has a motor control center, so for the installation, we attached our unit to the 600 amp breaker through a separate 40 amp disconnect panel.

Since we had to shut the power down on the system we did the install after hours so as to not disrupt service.

The unit required would be the 480V unit.

The Lobster Harvest located at D/FW Airport was established in 1982 to import and resell Overnight Fresh Lobster.

Once connected to the Lobster Holding Tank breaker panel, (one of the three main panels) we had immediate drop in amp usage for the Lobster Pot set of breakers by 10%.

Nicholas, their Master Electrician is really talented and figured a way to incorporate my A/C units into my main Lobster Pot Breaker Panel. He connected the Powerhouse, flicked a breaker switch and immediately the Powerhouse lights came on and started working. End of the first full month = 10% savings - end of month two =28% improvement on savings from the first month's electric bill. Apparently, the Powerhouse ramps up its effectiveness over the first 30 - 45 days then conditions and cleans my electricity as it flows through the unit. The results keep getting better and better. They are really helpful and patient in showing us how the Powerhouse Power Conditioning Product can lowers our electricity costs and keep our Lobster inventory protected from equipment failures and the summer heat.

More importantly, for the first time ever in 105 degree heat, the roof A/C units cooled the warehouse so efficiently that the water in the Lobster Pots cooled to 44 degrees, a perfect temperature!
