Project (s) Plumbing Inspection / Repairs

Procedure:
 Clean drain lines from surface drains in courtyard, out to property main
    storm water drain line.
 **Note** Drain lines must be cleaned before video inspection can be completed,
    to remove debris from drain lines that would prohibit an accurate inspection.
 After cleaning, a video inspection will be performed from surface drains to main
    property storm drain.
 Video Inspection will be recorded on DVD’s.

Notes:
 We sent a technician out to the property to review the project prior to writing
    this proposal. He stated that there was debris in the lines.
 Once cleaned, if any faults or deviations are found in the drain lines, that prohibit
    the proper water flow, a second proposal will be submitted for any repairs
    necessary, once the fault/s are identified and location has been determined.
 Any repair cost (if necessary), will have the price for cleaning and inspection taken
    into consideration on secondary proposal.

PART 2 – Project (s) Plumbing Repairs

Procedure:
 Hydro jet the 10” line in the courtyard catch basin that is 1/4 to 2/3
 full of debris\
 Pulling debris to the sump using a vac trailer to remove the debris.
 Video inspect the line to determine the condition of the pipe. If we discover any
    further problems with the line we will discuss any further work at the time of service.
 Cut and remove concrete and related debris by the catch basin on the west side
    of the fountain.- haul off concrete – save shrub and soil.
 Dig down and remove a broken section of 12" concrete pipe.
 Run a camera down the line to determine the condition of the pipe.
 Replace the section of pipe that was removed and backfill.

Notes:
 We will not be replacing that small piece of concrete-it would not match existing
 If any additional problems are found we will discuss any further work at the
    time of discovery.
 Video Inspection will be recorded on DVD’s.
