PowerHouse Energy Saver - Explanation of the Device

The first thing to understand is how Power is received to your facility through the PowerHouse Unit.

All power coming in is called Apparent Power and the power we use is Real Power.

Apparent Power – this power is not all useable power, some will be wasted which goes to ground.
Real Power – is useable power
Var –percentage of power that is not useable.
Capacitance – that property of a capacitor which determines how much charge can be stored in it for a given potential difference between its terminals, equal to the ratio of the charges stored to the potential difference measured in farads. (To prepare, fit, qualify)

Our goal is to take Apparent Power and Real Power and
"bring them closer together" called your Power Factor reducing a percentage of Var.

The PowerHouse Energy Saver can bring the Power Factor up improving
from low performers like .75 or .80 to .98 or to a perfect 1.0

The PowerHouse Energy Saver will take the Apparent Power and capture it and put it back into the system through the capacitors. What The PowerHouse Energy Saver can do, that the others products can’t is spread the power evenly across the phases through a series of anodes and resistors. ( like check valves that open and closes when needed )

By doing this, The PowerHouse will:
1. Eliminate low voltage problems.
2. Elevates voltage of the entire system.
3. Stabilize voltage of entire system.
4. Eliminate voltage drops when demand increases.
5. Reduces or eliminates tripped breakers as a result of low voltage.

The PowerHouse does this by adding Capacitance to the system by capacitors; this brings Apparent Power and Real Power closer together, reducing kilowatt hours.

The spreading of unused power to the phases is what makes the PowerHouse the only system that can balance power and reduce power uses. When equipment starts, it requires power, but all that power is not used. Some goes to ground, this is what The PowerHouse captures.

Not only does the PowerHouse capture this power, but it insures that the equipment is running at the proper voltage. The enhanced delivery of power to equipment will result in less mechanical problems and maintenance. The result is increasing the life of equipment, potentially up to 35%.

 The PowerHouse will:
1. Balance voltage across all phases/ legs
2. Balance the load between phases
3. Balance line harmonics between the phases
4. Reduce or eliminates KVAR or reactive energy loss
5. Reduces your peak energy demand on the grid, as a result peak demand charges on commercial utility bills decrease
6. Reduces equipment device vibration, noise and HEATING
7. Will absorb power spikes to 50,000 volts, protecting facilities and equipment
8. Increase lumens / watts in existing lighting systems
9. Protects computers, electronic chips, and other equipment that is sensitive to spikes or low voltage, so they won’t suffer and fail and
10. In Texas it is important that The PowerHouse does not require an air conditioned environment

Download the Return on Investment PowerHouse word spread sheet. The spread sheet provides R.O.I. projections in "Months" for all three of the PowerHouse products.

 The three products are:
1. The top of the page, the Powerhouse "R" is Residential. Cost = $2,995
2. Next is the Powerhouse "208/240" Cost = $7,995
3. Finally the Powerhouse "480" Cost = $9,895

As an example, - R.O.I. is as follows:

The PowerHouse in # 3 above is the "480"
1. The cost for the product is $9,895.
2. The top left of the chart - if your Monthly Electric Bill is $4,000 & your savings is 10%,
3. ROI is 24.74 months
4. If your Monthly Electric Bill is $4,000 and your savings is 20%,
5. ROI is 12.37 months
