The customer has 500+ vehicles per day dropping off paper and plastic to recycle. The 2,400 sf of concrete that needed restoration was in the most critical areas of plant operation and needed to be completed with concrete cured in 48 hours for heavy equipment and truck traffic.

Sawcut and removed Friday and poured Friday evening – cured for Monday AM

1. Installed 2" cushion sand pad
2. Installed 3/8" rebar on 18" centers both ways
3. Poured 6-7" concrete 6,000 psi
