Project - Concrete Construction – New Handicap Design - Access and New Parking Lot

 Redesign west side handicap parking spaces, access walkways, ramps and install
    two (2) new handicap parking spaces at the rear entrance area of church
 Construct new concrete parking area for five (5) passenger vehicles
    (approx 20 x45) with center and perimeter beams
