Project: - Concrete Construction:

Scope of work to be performed:
 Construct 36' x 55' concrete pad with perimeter and center beams on
    East side grass area 1,980 sf
 Remove existing East side asphalt parking area 76x28 and 36'
    curbing = 2,128 sf
 Remove existing ramp 11x50 and rails
 Pour concrete to replace ramp
 Extend existing driveway approx 400 sf and reconstruct curbing for
    vehicles to assess bay door where ramp is to be removed
 Construct similar ramp 11x50 and rails at East Shipping area
 Repair steps at East entrance with polymer concrete

Procedure:
 Saw cut as necessary
 Excavate grass, soil and asphalt – REMOVE FROM JOBSITE
 Dig out 12" for beams for concrete pad (perimeter and center beams)
    totaling 237 lf
 Form area
 Install 2" cushion sand pad
 Install #3 rebar on 18" centers for pads and #5 rebar for beams
    both ways
 Poor 4,500 psi concrete for 48 hour cure – area needed ASAP
