Project (s) – Concrete Coating
Project at front carpeted entry area – Approx 300 sf

 Owner to cap (turn off) sprinkler system in work area
 Cut and remove carpet
 Remove wooden cove-base from columns
 Grind off mastic glue, dirt, paint etc and high edge of concrete at paver transition
    (minimize any possible trip hazards) and as necessary at the entrance doorway.
 Hang plastic covering where needed to protect walls and base.
 Apply moisture barrier
 Apply Special thin finish overlay as per manufacturer's instructions.
 Skip trowel with tape for tile size approx. 1.5 times larger than the interior floor
    design.
 As discussed, use two – three colors, possible some red, beige and dark brown
    (except green) then,
 Seal floor using two or more coats of sealer (additives are used to reduce high shine
    and for slip resistance)
 Once dry, remove barricades and install brick or stone with perhaps tans and darker
    browns to column cove-base
 Special concrete materials for a skip trowel finish with color to be similar in colors
    to the interior floor area with Earth tones
 Construct four (4) brick columns as discussed to replace rotten siding;
 To be red brick and 3-4' High and blend into existing
