PROJECT - Stabilize foundation

Findings:

1- Foundation has dropped approximately 3", masonry damage

2- Drainage problem at East wall. During our visit the rain was moderate, the downspouts were pouring water directly around foundation – 3" had accumulated. This water is flowing around the N.E. Corner then flows under the North side foundation wall

3- Tree is too close to foundation, tree roots on the North & West-side walls. Tree roots can draw necessary moisture from soil under and around the foundation beam

4- West- side sidewalk – This sidewalk has dropped 2-3" over a 100' tipping toward the building foundation and screen wall. Sidewalks should tip at approximately 2% pitch toward the parking lot 5- No suspected plumbing leaks

Procedure:

1- Install 15 (fifteen) Commercial Steel Piers advanced to load bearing strata outside of building
