PROJECT : Exterior carpentry and masonry

Repair process:
 A/C service switches to be moved and secured away from the wall area
 Sawcut and replace the damaged area only behind the A/C units
    (up to 6’ H front only – no sides)
 Reconstruct with new wire mesh fastened to temporary wooden frame that
    will be inserted in to opening
 Apply new stucco and texture to be similar to others
 Reinstall A/C units
 Paint area

Notes:
The wire mesh is non-functional. It has been exposed to moisture over prolonged periods of time and must be replaced. How much wall to be replaced cannot be determined until construction commences. Additional cost will apply if the walls are removed and we find rot and have to continue to remove wall sections in order to rebuild the walls safely and correctly.
