Project - Demolition Before build

Scope of work:
 Remove gutters and cared fully cut and peal back existing roof materials
    leaving excess for overhang / temporary water runoff
 Dismantle asphalt portion of roof and find light fixtures
 Cut and cap each electric line
 Dismantle wooden structure and ceiling materials
 Remove masonry and sawcut any rebar and 4x4 support at the top of the beam
 Clean area
 Backfill and re-grade all excavated materials from foundation walls
