Project # 1 - Carpentry – Paint

Equipment to include:
 32' scissor lift to be driven in the front entrance
 Scaffold erected on stairway

Scope of work: Sheetrock/baseboards/ paint at various locations
 Two (2) cracks at 30' ceiling in foyer at/ near stair top
 Replace damaged ceiling sheetrock at two (2) posts at top of 30’ ceiling
    One located at front column, the second at the column to the right of the top step
    of the balcony stairway

Notes:
 Touchup paint will be fanned in on ceiling.
 Customer will provide all paints for sheetrock repairs
 Any additional paint required will be purchased and the retail price passed
    along in the final invoice as additional costs

Project # 2 - Carpentry – Paint

Scope of work: Sheetrock/baseboards/ paint at various locations
 Replace up to one-hundred-thirty-one (131) linear feet of damaged 1x12
    baseboard
 Paint new base only with paint we provide
 Sheetrock repairs as follows: One (1) crack above door in Jim's office
    paint that wall only;
 One (1) 7'crackin upper "conference" room (paint that wall only)
